What is required to register to attend?
In order to attend our fashion tradeshows, all attendees must be qualified to determine the nature of their company's business and relationship to the fashion industry.
Business identification requirements are subject to the discretion of Show Management and may include one or more of the following:
- Active Website
- Tax Registration
- Recent Invoices: (From the last 6 months) that are from 3 different vendors for finished goods, apparel, footwear, accessories. Purchase orders and handwritten invoices are not acceptable.
- Photo ID
- Business Card: Listing the address of your business & job title
- Account List: Proof of buying office Credit
- Reference Sheet: Showing companies you purchase from
- Letter of Intent: From a broker or lawyer on official letterhead stating type of business and anticipated opening date.
When is the last day to register online?
Online registration is open throughout the duration of the show, ending on September 21.

Can I register on-site?
To ensure the safety of our guest and employees we are encouraging all registrations to be completed prior to the event.
If registering on-site, please be prepared to present credentials at time of registration.
When pre-registering online prior to the event, you gain access directly to the event floor with your digital badge—no registration check in required on-site for pre-registered buyers.
Should you need to register onsite, returning and verified retailers may scan the QR code onsite to register, no need to stand in line.
For non-verified retailers, guests, and press, please visit one of our registration customer service areas at the Javits, located on the concourse, level 1, and in the Crystal Palace, level 3.
What is the cost to attend the show?
For verified retailers, registration is free to attend all shows at the Jacob Javits Center. For non-retailing business categories, a fee of $1,500 - $2,500 may apply.

Which shows/events does my badge grant me access to?
Your digital badge will grant you access to all Informa Markets Fashion events at the Jacob Javits Center, including COTERIE New York (Level 3) and MAGIC New York (Level 1) and SOURCING at MAGIC (Level 1).
Which brands are Exhibiting?
I paid for my registration and need a receipt. Who should I contact?

Does it cost to attend the on-site seminars and show events?
No, all on-site seminars, experiences and daily happenings are free to attend with your attendee digital badge.
Is there a show schedule / agenda ?
What is the age limit to attend?
Children under the age of 18 are permitted on the show floor during show hours only. A child authorization form must be completed at registration to receive a badge.
Are students allowed to attend?
Instructors and their students are welcome. At least one faculty member for every 10 students is required. Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or (877) 554-4834 to register your student group and to be added to our email list for the show.
Can I bring a guest?
One guest is allowed per retail company.
You will need to register your guest on-site.
If your guest is a colleague or will be purchasing for your store, please register them online.
Can I register my team with the same email address?
No, a unique email address is required for each registrant.
I’m registered but am unable to attend. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No, each person needs to register and be credentialed separately for the event.

Accessing the Event
When will I get my badge and how do I access it?
We will email your digital badge to the email address you use for registration. For your convenience, your badge can be downloaded directly to your phone, and will grant you access into the event. No registration check in required.
Starting one week before the event, you will receive your badge within 24 hours of registering.
If you need to update the email address associated with your registration, please reach out to email@example.com.
Can my badge be shared with my colleagues or guest?
No, your digital badge is unique to your registration. Each attendee or guest will need to register to get access to their digital badge.

What are the food options on-site?
Informa Markets Fashion provides breakfast and lunch to verified retailers and exhibitors in its cafe during designated hours on show days. Vegetarian, gluten-free and kosher options available. A variety of other food and beverage options are available on-site for purchase.
- Breakfast starts at 9:00 AM EST, until supplies last
- Lunch starts at 12:00PM EST, until supplies last
Where can I park, and what are the rates?
Parking in NYC
If you are coming by car, van or truck virtually all roads lead to the Javits Center.
Plus, there’s plenty of off-site parking within walking distance of the iconic facility.
